nDash.com is a content creation platform that provides brands and agencies with access to the world's top freelance writers.
We're looking for a mix of someone part copywriter / part community manager / part help topic manager to help us get (and keep) our HelpScout (found at: https://help.ndash.com/) up to date. Ideally looking for someone who can add light but professional design, e.g. screen animations and/or videos to improve the quality and helpfulness of the articles. This will likely be an ongoing project, the due date is more of a goal when we'd like to start. Feedback & questions welcome
