A Hiper client is looking for a tech-savvy writer to create a 13-page (5k word) whitepaper on MSP operations. An outline will be provided, and source material will consist of several existing blogs and reports from the client. There will be 2-3 SME calls the writer will be expected to lead to gather additional information. The ideal writer will have lots of experience writing for an MSP audience, and be familiar the channel partner ecosystem and operations.
