The London Office of Technology & Innovation Report

I wrote this report to supplement the London Office of Technology & Innovation’s goal to build more gender-equal digital teams in local government. I conducted qualitative interviews with 20 participants and used goal mapping to develop a list of recommendations for councils, several of which have been put into place. I wrote, edited and designed the report.
