Ease Children's Anxiety with Five Fun Mindfulness Exercises
In this blog post, which I'd happily ghostwrite for Promises, I’d outline five simple mindfulness exercises that adults can carry out with children to calm anxiety and strengthen positivity during this stressful time. These would include mindful eating of a piece of chocolate/fruit, a simple form of mindful belly breathing called “Square Breath,” blowing bubbles, and a kindness meditation.
