Make Great UX For Customer Support Tools Too

Summary

When things go wrong, a positive experience keeps customers using your app. But if your tools don't let you (or your support agents) easily do that, it makes it harder to fix issues quickly, if at all. At it's worst, poor tool design may even irrecoverably damage accounts. Examples of improvements can include: simple in-app contacting for easy account look up, straightforward naming conventions, keeping safe commands from dangerous ones, and more.
