I'd like to write a post for the Healthy Food Movement which will cover groups in the United States who are most at risk when it comes to food illiteracy. Specifically, I will aim to answer the "Why?" question in regards to these groups and the nutrition-related problems facing them. This article will engage both academic research and scientific data to detail the factors that contribute to this problem in our society, yet remain accessible to the general public.
