How to Be a Better LGBTQ+ Ally in the Workplace Beyond Pride Month

S&P 500 companies with diverse boards outperformed peers throughout the pandemic. The business case for DE&I takes a back seat to basic human decency, but it's still worth noting. More importantly, a study says that a sense of belonging is key at work. Still, more than half of LGBTQ+ employees feel the need to be closeted. I'll talk to LGBTQ+ workers about what they actually need for leaders/executives to be better allies in the workplace—beyond Pride Month, when companies tout DE&I initiatives.
