My experience with post-launch medical promotion is extensive and includes launching global brands in neurological and CNS disorders, women's health, digestive health, diabetes, allergy and inflammation, rare diseases, and oncology. HP publishes news stories, articles, white papers, and case studies as well as Web content for nearly every product and service offered. I wrote many of these case studies or success stories for their trade publications as well as their websites.

American Cancer Society Cancer Database

The American Cancer Society’s “Learn About Cancer” website is a resource for people seeking information about specific types of cancer. Each of the most common cancer types has a dedicated portal of comprehensive information for patients and their families. As a lead writer on this project, I researched and wrote several hundred pages and interfaced with the client to hone all content for accuracy.

CRMantra

The current version of the CRMantra website reflects a comprehensive strategic plan including a reorganization of the site map for search engine optimization and copy-branding alignment purposes. For this project, I conducted deep research, wrote a content outline and strategic messaging plan, and wrote all of the content for the website.

Symantec White Papers

I wrote and produced many Norton Product Tutorials using Camtasia, which were published on the Norton website. I also wrote many B-to-B white papers and success stories for Symantec, which were published in trade publications as well as targeted microsites owned by Symantec.
