To be a great leader you have to first believe in what you are doing. I attended a lunch meeting where the guest speaker was Bradley Charles Stubbs. To say that he is a motivational speaker is probably not an accurate statement. I had the front row seat to something that I have never witnessed before. He yelled, he screamed, he was red in the face and boy did he get his point across. He has been the motivator for many sporting teams and athletes and has had a huge success with them all. There were so many things that he said that can be related to everything we do in our business life and personal life. They can also be related to what we should do as a nation.
