Thanks for looking at my profile. I owned a counselling practice, The Mind Centre, for four years between 2012 to 2016. The Mind Centre has morphed into a blog and online resource for personal development and mental health issues. I ran meditation retreats and classes through The Mind Centre and still practise mindfulness meditation and yoga everyday, as well as attending retreats twice a year.
I also write articles for a monthly cultural magazine, Blank GC, about music and cultural events, lifestyle and health, environment, sustainable business, and book reviews.
