I’m a tech journalist, professional communicator, and author of nearly three dozen books about technology, photography, and small business. I’ve published innumerable articles for major magazines and the web, produced podcasts, and appeared regularly on radio and television.

I spent eight years as a content lead on the Windows team at Microsoft. I’ve also been the Tech Editorial Director at eHow, editor-in-chief of family tech site Techwalla, and digital managing editor of Robb Report. I’ve also co-hosted a number of podcasts including Protocol 1 and Battlestar Recaptica.
