After graduating in 2011 from Arizona State University, I embarked on a career in corporate recruiting. Having worked in sales and leadership to support myself through college, I built a solid foundation for my career with Summit Executive Recruiting before joining LinkedIn in March of 2015. I am excited and proud to be part of a growing organization that puts its members first and is constantly striving for greatness. I work with some very inspiring people in a challenging yet rewarding environment where I am putting some important skills (public speaking, education, humor) to use on a daily basis. Here's a little of what I do in my current role: • Build relationships with both key stakeholders and the recruiters on the front line who are using LinkedIn every day to support their recruiting efforts. • Create and enable Customer Success Plans that put an emphasis on effective onboarding along with ongoing strategic support, education and development to optimize the value my clients find in their investment with LinkedIn. • Partner with clients to analyze data and recruiting trends and help develop the best possible strategies for establishing a strong recruiting brand within the LinkedIn network. • Lead scaled education sessions both in coordination with marketing and through our Learning Center.
