Authored assessment reports gauging impacts on court operations and staff workload. Major accomplishment included co-authoring the 2014 "Open Meetings Guidelines for Advisory Bodies" staff protocol to implement California Judicial Branch open public meetings rule (California Rules of Court, rule 10.75) for its advisory and policy committees.

Managed the California Collaborative Justice DUI Prevention and Intervention Strategies project. Prepared public procurement documents (i.e., contracts, requests for proposals) and prepared and presented written staff reports containing findings and recommendations for policy improvements. Major accomplishment included managing the drafting team who won the $1.5 million grant for the DUI Prevention and Intervention Strategies project (2005.)
