About Me

Communicating and marketing the science and innovation that improves the world and people's lives is my specialty. I'm passionate about #innovation, #tech, #environment, #agriculture, #health and #wellbeing. I launched Innovate Communicate, a boutique #communication, #PR and #marketing consultancy in 2015 to work with innovators in science, technology and sustainability. I help clients spark intrigue and connect with their clients, stakeholders and funders/investors. Researching and writing about inspiring people making the world a better place is where I excel. As the Founder of Recover from Injury I help people get their lives back after being greatly affected by temporary #injury. Recover from Injury provides resources, an online community & coaching programs. In 2016 I participated in Investible's Entrepreneur Accelerator program (LAB4) and was part of the successful business (Pinchang Australia). I have worked with: businesses, not-for-profits and federal/state government agencies and research agencies in Australia, UK, USA, Asia and the Pacific Islands. My top three Gallup 2.0 strengths: Maximiser, Ideation, Learner. My spare time is drawn to the outdoors, road trips, drawing, meditation and the gym.

I attended the IoT and AgTech Summit in September 2016, co-hosted by the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) and KPMG Australia. I wrote an article, which became the event report’s introduction.

Bright Future for Coworking: Reflections

There’s something electric about being with a hundred people focused on collaboration, community and culture. I attended the Global Coworking Unconference Conference, in August in Melbourne. This network is focused on creating a hub for collaboration and community with an innovation focus.
