nDash.com is a content creation platform that provides brands and agencies with access to the world's top freelance writers.
Hello. My name is Emma. I am a copywriter and content creator specializing in IT service management (ITSM) and wellness.
If you're an IT vendor looking for blog posts, articles, or case studies I can help you out.
I worked as an IT support manager for a number of years before becoming a writer. I led a team of nine IT service desk agents supporting over 2,500 end users with their IT requirements. I was responsible for the incident and request management processes of our company. During my time I was awarded a trophy for my people management skills voted for by my colleagues.
Now I help my clients to produce the content they require for their IT business. I am usually asked to write about incident management, request management, and tools such as AI and automation within ITSM.
I also write about wellness and promoting good mental health. I am passionate about raising awareness about mental health in the workplace and working to remove the stigma carried with it.
