Five years ago, while sitting in my small apartment, I threw my notebook across the room. Not because it was I ripped it, but because I was writing my first piece of copy. Now, after years of slinging content for businesses and agencies across the globe, I've never been more at peace with my career choice. Through my experience, I have written copy for large and small businesses, earned coveted guest blogging spots, and even started my own business.
After a 12-year stint teaching early childhood education and copywriting on the side, I made the decision to move my career in a new direction. I have a Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University and will soon start my Masters degree in New Media and digital marketing.
In my spare time, one of my greatest joys is volunteering with the homeless and special needs children. Giving back to our communities is important and something I instill daily.
