Originally from Northern California, I now reside in a suburb Los Angeles California and love it! I have a vast background that is full of experience in many areas. I completed an AA in Liberal Arts/English, and an AA in communications. I am also a licensed Car Dealer/Broker and a licensed Cosmetologist in California. I am a mixed media artist, photographer, and a writer for various blogs and articles. Last but not least a Mom to a beautiful, accomplished 13 year old daughter.
I have been in the auto industry for over 25 years. I started out selling cars, became a Used Car Manager assistant, a Finance Manager, a Fleet Manager, and finally a Service Advisor, venturing on to start my own auto brokerage company dealing in high line vehicles and building a solid clientele. Not a typical industry for women, but it has worked well for me with a lot of persistence, studying product knowledge, and having a thick skin!
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of CA since 2001. I came to So Cal and opened a salon, meeting great people and learning so much along the way. I specialize in cuts, color, and formal styles, also providing services for many special events. Along with this knowledge, I am also a licensed Make Up Artist, working weddings, film, and print work. I am well versed in many beauty and hair products, with extensive knowledge on techniques, tips, and tricks. I am a self labeled secret cosmetic junky....shhhhhh.
I know these are very different ends of the spectrum, though I find many unsuspecting common threads throughout the business ventures that I take on.
An open mind is a critical attribute to achieve success in anything we choose. An open mind will create options we never knew existed and will expose avenues we never thought possible all while helping people to develop a personal path and create a great niche for any specialty.

Verify all contracts for signatures, collect any monies due. Responsible for advising clients regarding extended service warranties, or any other aftermarket additions and follow through to meet expectations.

Maintain direct communications with clients to inform of any changes for approval, and arrange for pick up. Follow up, and needed to maintain a standard customer satisfaction score of 98% or higher.

Locating specific high end cars for a dedicated clientele. Work with dealerships and auto auctions to find specific vehicles clients are looking for. Upon agreement, contracts are prepared and structured through various banks per deal, and the car is prepared for pick up or delivery.
