Five years ago, I felt lucky to write for free — that meant I got a byline. Things are a little different today. I’ve chased stories all over the world from the unexplored rainforests of Borneo to backstage at Bonnaroo. I've spent many months abroad providing on-the-ground coverage of the travel industry, conducted numerous interviews, and helped to launch several digital and print publications.
I've worked with dozens of clients of all sizes, including Wirecutter, Textbook Travel, No Country for New Nashville and SOVO//Magazine.
While I consider myself lucky to have had these experiences, they’re not entirely the result of luck. Early in my career, I committed myself to being communicative, transparent, and meticulous. These traits have taken me far, and I can't wait to see where they bring me next!

A long-form electric skateboard buying guide written for Wirecutter, a New York Times-owned product review website. Though this article doesn't relate directly to travel, it's an example of the heavily researched, long-form content I specialize in.
