Post-corporate life, I have found further opportunity to conduct research and write for professional and nonprofessional audiences on topics as varied as gut dysbiosis, brisket, and the art of composting.
I believe a good book is the cheapest and easiest way to travel when the real thing isn't possible. I best like stories that tell me something new about a culture, people, or era. My food allergies have given me reason to become a foodie although I have always enjoyed playing with food. One day I may complete and publish one of the many stories I'm always creating.
