About Me

Whenever I tell someone I’m a writer, the first question they ask is, "What do you write?"

That answer depends on what day of the week it is. Monday I might be pitching a story about history or environmental news. Tuesday I could be ghostwriting a memoir or a bio page for a company website. Wednesday and Thursday I may be writing an article about the latest bill in the state house. Friday I might be working on a blog post.

I’ve written for Atlas Obscura, Connecticut Magazine, the Hartford Courant, National Geographic News, Reason, and other publications on topic such as food history and law, environmental issues, travel and lifestyle, and public policy.
