National Grid briefed me with creating content that was on brand and used the company's strong and clear tone of voice. The main task here was to write factually accurate and engaging copy for page visitors. I was tasked with writing digital copy for the page. The brief also included changing the images so that the look and feel of the page was cleaner, fresher and more engaging for a reader.
