About Me

I'm a published author of both fiction and non-fiction, as well as a screenwriter and playwright. I am a frequent podcast guest speaker, guest blog writer and founder of a nonprofit charity that provides training opportunities for minority college graduates within the television newsroom. As the founder, I have created fundraising events (awards dinners/film festivals) from conception to completion, working as a fundraiser, public relations, content creator, volunteer coordinator, program guide designer/writer, celebrity on-boarder and event script writer.

I have been interviewed by French magazine, "Society," as well as HBO's, "Vice" and "Money Magazine."(https://patricewilliamsmarks.com/pressroom)

I have been a paid Sensitivity Reader for three years now, (although I have been doing it unofficially for over ten). I have the only online course which teaches others to become Sensitivity Readers as well (www.SensitivityReviews.com).

My interests include: Dogs, working out, indoor rock climbing, movies and original vinyl records.
