I'm a Comedy and Literature writer with 15 years experience. I am also a published Poet .
I am the founder of the Cardiff Comedy Festival and the WUSA (Welsh Unsigned Stand-up Award), an international Comedy festival for which I wrote all of the advertising copy and contracts for. The WUSA is a competition for new Comedians, for which I wrote the frame work and rules.
I have been running Stand-up Comedy workshops for people of all ages, working with Age Cymru and Cardiff Council. I have written and devised the curriculum, and also been asked to visit Schools to make presentations on the impact learning such skills has on children with behavioural difficulties.
I am a short story writer, as well as having written a short film in 2004 'Silhouette' which was chosen by the Cardiff Sgrin Festival as part of a showcase of the best short Films from around the world.

I used to play Rugby when I was younger (I hurt my back and unfortunately had to stop), and I love to cook, travel (I have a house in Valencia) and am currently learning Japanese.
