I earned my MBA in marketing from Loyola University Chicago in 2014 to assist in my role as a marketing communications leader. I have applied the theory and hard skills I learned during my studies to my work ever since. My education has proven to be an asset, and I thrived on creating integrated marketing plans, analyzing statistical data and delving into financial reports. My hard work paid off as I worked full-time and put myself through grad school: I was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. and walked away with invaluable skills.
To further utilize my marketing skills while employing my skill and passion for writing, I became a blogger. I am a health editor, writer and blogger, utilizing SEO strategy. I have blogged for Paloma Health, a D2C company, and for takethatbreastcancer.com. At the latter, I write about my experiences as a breast cancer survivor.
