Shanna received her B.S. from Washington State University with a double major in Psychology & Anthropology.  

She's worked in customer service, administrative and academic based fields for fifteen years.  Today she runs her Virtual Assistant business with an emphasis on writing. 

When she's not running GYST Assisting, Shanna enjoys fuzzy socks and a good book, hiking, camping, traveling the world with her family, and gardening.
