My training and professional experience outside of writing are in construction estimating and project management, which is a field I have been in for over twenty years. Recently, I combined the two to create by business, The Construction Writer, which offers specialized writing services to the construction and related industries.
My first book was about construction estimating, contracts and project management for the layperson. It was published by Random/Struik in South Africa in 2012.
