As I understand it, we are all using this flawed mode of expression we call language to attempt to engage with ourselves and the world. The nuance and art of how we formulate and define these words will create a channel in which we hope the listener can clearly see us through.
The amazing thing is after thousands of years of this practice we are all still so enamored and traumatized by the realization that we are so improperly created to rely on this modality of communication that we can barely create enough space to reflect upon ourselves.
What I attempt to do as a writer is to bravely engage with that fear within myself about the ever present miscommunication I experience with my inner and outer world and through that perhaps light a beacon for others to see through the darkness. Sometimes even writing manuals for employee expectations could serve to be a subconscious inspirational seed.
