I grew up with a passion for reading and writing. With my mother graduating college with a degree in English, the subject was immensely important in our everyday lives. I began writing creative works. My fascination with the unknown - including space and lost civilizations - led me to write fictional stories of space exploration and magical journeys. I eventually began to move onto nonfictional pieces. In my free time, I would write miniature autobiographies about events of great importance in my life. When I got bored of that, I began to research people and events in history that interested me and form my own prompts to continue growing my writing abilities. Throughout my life, writing has had an important role in continuing my creativity and expression.
I excel in writing-intensive courses at Bridgewater State University and enjoy editing the papers of my peers. I am often asked to aid my peers in the writing and organization of their essays due to my obvious love for English. I learned from a very young age how to and how not to write different pieces.
