David founded Tanzania's first Private Rail operator. In this role, David developed the Private Rail business model, pitched it to the Government of Tanzania, obtained buy-in through the ratification of a Memorandum of Understading. David then developed partnerships with key roleplayers in the African Rail Arena in order to bring his idea to life. Through KRL, David can offer a savings of up to $35 per ton on freight moved from man landlocked countries in Africa to the port of Dar es Salaam.
