I graduated college with a bachelor’s in Information Technology and a master’s in Business Administration: Marketing. Since then, I’ve navigated a number of roles in sales, marketing, and customer service across industries like tech, SaaS, and internet, before immersing myself completely in content development. 

Through these experiences, I’ve learned a lot about business and customer psychology which puts me in a unique position to engage, educate, and entertain audiences through my content.
