As a substitute teacher, I was commonly responsible for the well being and education of up to 30 students at a time. During my time in this position, I gained experience delivering lesson plans, regulating student behavior, and leading large groups of diverse individuals through group activities. This position gave me a wealth of insight into the education field and was what inspired me to continue a degree in education.
