All in all even though the close of 2021 was a big letdown for many in the cryptocurrency investing space, the year was still up from the beginning. Bitcoin opened 2021 in January at $28,951 and closed out December at $46,219 with an inter-month high of $59,064. In between it reached an all time high of $68,990 in November of 2021.
