About Me

Hey, I'm Brandon! I spent my years in school writing as a hobby. I had a few published pieces and just gravitated towards expressing myself with words. I never gave any serious thought to making a living as a writer, other than, "man it must be really cool for the people who get to do this for a living." After High School, I spent a good portion of my young adult life traveling on the road to see my favorite bands play music night after night. I funded my adventures by selling jewelry, t-shirts, and art. I've always had a knack for business and been great with people, so remaining with the breeze was never a problem. I've always been self-reliant, and adaptable, (albeit a bit scatter-brained but we can't win them all, right?) with the ability to wear many hats, although most of them didn't fit. I found myself stepping away from my nomad ways after I landed in the sales industry. I started my own business at 25, which as fate would have it put me in a position to take my business digital via an eCommerce platform. I slowly began rekindling my love affair with writing when I found the need to run paid ads to promote my business. That's when I found out that previous experience in the sales industry combined with my passion for writing made me a natural transplant directly into the digital/content marketing space. I opened my first content marketing/SEO/digital marketing company a couple of years ago, and the rest is history. I've worked with multi-million dollar companies, I've produced blog content for small and large hobbyists to the biggest affiliate marketers, put together SEO campaigns and digital ad strategies for a plethora of clients, I've published my own hardback book about the sales industry and I've ghost-written to help other writers publish their books. I know the "smart" thing to do is carve out a niche but then I wouldn't be in the wind anymore. Making myself available to clients from any niche or industry allows me to feed my thirst for perspective and knowledge and meet all types of interesting people. Now, as a professional writer, I sit back and say "man, it's really cool to do this for a living." Isn't it amazing how things always seem to come full circle?
