nDash Writer Profile for Madie Troutz

About Me

Hi, I'm Madie!

Writing has always been my passion. When I was 22 years old, I published my first nonfiction book about the future of the museum industry. Since then, I've taken to my personal blog to write about the journey of a twenty-something living in modern times. In addition to that, I also have experience doing freelance writing for social media, marketing, as well as academic research. In 2021, I was awarded first place in the COLFA Graduate Research Conference for my research on feminist issues within art history.

Outside of all the words that fill up my life, I love spending time with my animals, finding the tastiest ramen in the world, and getting lost in museums for hours.

I would be honored to work alongside you to tell your story or even assist in bringing your work to fruition! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Nonetheless, for those of us who do have a choice, there is no comprehensible reason why we stay. Maybe it's because we hold out hope they will change; maybe it's due to...
