A new industry research study shows that nearly 2 in 3 associations and membership organizations are planning to run hybrid events in 2022 – but the majority are struggling with choosing the right pricing models and building programs that successfully cater to two different audiences. The report looks at key findings from the ‘Are Associations Ready for Hybrid Events?’ research study which was conducted by the Eventsforce team in June 2021.
NCRI decided to address challenges by consolidating all its event planning processes into the Eventsforce event management system. The case study shows how integration with Eventsforce’s abstracts solution has simplified the whole process of managing and reviewing the 600+ submissions the NCRI conference gets each year. It also shows how the organisation is using Eventsforce’s Kiosk solution to improve the overall on-site check-in experience of conference attendees.
