About Me

I've never been content with only having one career.

I operate an I.T. firm that provides in-person technical support in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa and remote support in 29 countries. I've been in the tech industry since I was a junior in high school (2004 - Present).

I've worked in radio and broadcast media since my first stint in college back in 2005. In that time, I've worked in numerous AM/FM radio markets, served as a syndication director for a national radio program, and was the program director for a broadcast network with broadcast affiliates in 29 countries, which aired on AM/FM, Internet, shortwave, and pirate radio stations. Currently, I operate an Internet radio network, Heartland Newsfeed Radio Network, which has been running since December 31, 2018.

I have been a freelance journalist -- print, digital, and video -- since March 2009. One of my first forays into journalism was in the early heydays of Bleacher Report. While working for a print newspaper group in 2016, I founded my own digital media enterprise, Heartland Newsfeed. I'm the editor-in-chief, the webmaster, and the technical support guy all in one position at this time.

While not listed, I am a contributing sportswriter for Ambush Sports Network, MySportsVote, and the Midwest Sports Network (not to be confused with the YouTube channel of the same name). I am a former contributor to the sports website Overtime Heroics.

Most of my writing portfolio can be found on Authory. I keep some of my portfolio on MuckRack as well, but it is not regularly updated.
