Hi, my name is Michelle. I am currently a graduate student, studying Clinical Psychology. This has been a topic of passion and interest for me for many years, but it is now becoming more and more relevant in our society. Although there is still a stigma that surrounds mental health topics, our mental health has an innevitable impact on our well-being and quality of life. In turn, psychology and mental health is an aspect of life that the majority of people can benefit from having greater awareness of. Not only does it apply to those who are struggling with anxiety or another mental health challenge, but it also applies to those who are simply hoping to feel more fulfilled and peaceful in life. Through my writing, I am hoping to educate others, and to provide encouragement to those who may benefit from placing more focus on self-care and mental health throughout their lives.
