I am an attorney and I miss writing in some kind of creative capacity, which is why I'm here. As an attorney, I have to write long motions quickly, sometimes in under an hour, so I am fast in my writing and research. My senior thesis at the George Washington University won an award and was published. (It was about the Brooklyn Dodgers, for any old school baseball fans out there.) Prior to passing the bar, I worked and wrote for a national magazine, specifically I managed their social media and wrote articles for their online platform, mainly about NY politics, current events, and pop culture. I also have extensive history in politics and campaigns and can write copy for press releases, direct mail, websites-- basically anything having to do with a campaign. I've worked on Capitol Hill and in many, many campaigns. I'm also a pretty fast researcher, so anything I don't know- I can look up!
