My approach to B2B writing is simple:
Give audiences a simplified, snackable explanation of product features/USPs and link them to their pain points.
Take a close look at user guides and other resources to get a first-hand understanding of your product's USPs.
Look at reviews, forums (Reditt threads), Quora and social media to get the user perspective
This is followed by an outline that lays out the structure, introduction, product integration & CTA/closing.
In my experience, this greatly cuts down on the back and forth and improves quality too.
Once I'm done with the first draft, I will edit, and proofread the copy and add keyword-rich headings, subheadings & meta-tags.

Repurposing podcasts into blog posts is a great way to scale thought-leadership content. The key was adding a relevant intro and closing to encapsulate the key talking points into a wholesome article/post. My approach - Look up the guests on LinkedIn, Quora - Identify the top 2-3 takeaways - Build a storyline integrating all those elements.
