My name is Juan Carlo Tamayo. Born and raised in the Philippines but currently living in Malaysia for work. 

I’ve been working in the BPO industry, particularly the Call Center for more than 15 years now. I started back in 2015 as a collection specialist and worked my way up and became the Manager for Training and Quality and left the company for a much better offer in 2012. Since then, Ive been part of the leadership team until I moved here in Malaysia in 2020. I started working as a Senior Account Specialist for TDCX until 2021 and now, I am with Concentrix - Malaysia as a Team Manager. 

Throughout the years, I was able to develop skills that I can use as an advantage to be part of your company which I know will be beneficial for the company. I am very determined, passionate, driven and have a positive mental attitude. My advanced skills in Microsoft office and google office is also something that I am equipped with. 

Although I do not have any professional experience as a writer, as an operations manager and part of the a leadership team, I was able to developed my skills in business writing, copy writing and on my idle time, I normally write short stories for my personal records.
