I began practicing yoga eleven years ago and from the first time that I stepped onto my mat, my passion was evident; inevitably shaping me into the woman that I am today. I am a Dartmouth College graduate, a former financier turned health and wellness entrepreneur, a full time yoga athlete and instructor, model, influencer, digital content creator, writer, and lupus warrior. I genuinely believe in the mind-body benefits of yoga and have found that it has helped me to overcome mental and emotional struggles and supports me in maintaining optimal physical health while managing lupus. Today, I live to share my journey through teaching, education, and content.
Currently, I write for an organization about my journey with lupus nephritis as well as write my own blog, where I touch on life, beauty, and wellness products. I have always enjoyed writing and giving reviews about products, a lot of which is done through my social media where I write a lot about wellness and its overall importance.
