I’m currently a school psychologist at a high school but have worked with students of all ages. I have two kids of my own and enjoy helping people in my free time.
For my these, I wrote a 45 page thesis on the importance of the over representation students classified as special education. The thesis was presented at a conference and also published and accessible for all to read. The topic was important to me and it was something I enjoyed writing about. I enjoy writing about topics that interest me and being Hispanic working in a school, this was a huge issue I was noticing in schools every where. People tend to mistake a language barrier as a disability.
