Hello!

My expertise covers a two main areas. First, I have vast experience working in media (television, film, and digital/social media) and post-production. I'm passionate about how media shapes us, trends, how content of all types is created, and much more!

I am also a Masters in Social Work candidate at Columbia University, currently studying to work in the mental health space as a therapist. I am able to write on a number of topics such as social justice, mental health, wellness, and social-emotional learning education for children. 

Of course, that means I also love writing about how these two areas of my expertise intersect such as how mental health is portrayed in television and film, the importance of representation in media, and promoting content that is affirmative, destigmatizing, and inclusive. 

Additionally, as an area of personal interest, I love to cook and bake and have since I was a child. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so I  have plenty of vegetarian and vegan cooking and baking knowledge under my belt.
